Some experiences remind you why you chose your profession. Others change the way you think about practicing it. UXCON26 managed to do both. I arrived expecting to learn from other designers. I left feeling even more grateful that I get to be one.
I went to UXCON26 to hear Don Norman speak in person. I didn't expect to get this much from a conference. I'm leaving inspired, energized, and with meaningful new connections I can't wait to follow up on.
As someone transitioning into the field, it was a blessing to exchange ideas, receive advice, and learn from people at every stage of their careers — from fellow newcomers to senior designers and founders.
