From a Global Idea to a Groundbreaking UX Design Conference in DC

Back in 2018, we had a vision: to create a space where UX professionals at every stage could learn, collaborate, and grow. That vision became UXCON.

What started as a few virtual UX meetings has since grown into a full-blown, internationally respected UX conference—drawing attendees from over +100 countries.

Now, UXCON is taking things to the next level, welcoming hundreds of professionals to a venue just minutes from Washington DC. Through our programming, we help people sharpen their craft, expand their network, and walk away with lasting UX connections.

I really felt refreshed after UXCON'25 last week, and I'm glad I made the trek to DC. It was inspiring to hear about other UXers' research projects and the types of teams they were collaborating with. But it was also such an empathetic atmosphere.

Learned a lot at UXCON: there are as many ways to get into UX as there are UX practitioners and in the end the technology may change, but it's all about the human experience.
